I will be going to SUNY's (TLT) Teaching and Learning with Technology Conference this week. I hope to be able to share some of my notes with all of you on this blog (GREAT IDEA, Eric).

Julie K. Little, Associate Director of the EDUCAUSE Learning Initiative ( ELI) will be our keynote speaker. Julie has devoted the past fifteen years to exploring and integrating information technologies in the Academy's teaching, learning, and research practices. Shared through national and international forums, her research interests focus on faculty development, facilitating communications and collaboration in distributed learning environments, and designing effective uses of instructional technologies.

In order to facilitate the sharing of information between the members of the Academic Technologies area of TC3, I created this blog. I'm hoping that this will be a place where all Academic Technologies staff can go to post: ideas, meeting notes, conference notes (and/or trip reports), or other items relating to Academic Technologies.

All postings have commenting turned on, so if you post something, another member of the blog can respond to the post through a comment ... which acts like an on-line discussion board.

At the end of each year, we can all refer to the blog for information on what transpired over the year, etc.
